Matt Smith lists people he would like to work with in future Who episodes... listing Helena Bonham Carter! GET. OUT. NO. WAY. MR MATT SMITH IS NOW THE AWESOMEST PERSON ON EARTH, OTHER THAN JOHNNY DEPP WHO TURNED UP AT A SCHOOL AT THE REQUEST OF A SMALL FAN TO HELP HER RISE UP IN MUTINY.

27-year-old Smith also named several other choices, including Helena Bonham Carter and Rowan Atkinson, who was previously involved in a Doctor Who BBC special for Comic Relief.
Please do this Steven Moffat. Please. please, please, please, please.
Just imagine it flist. Possibly one of the most eccentric 26 yr old males around acting in the same episode as Queen of Weird but Always Cool Helena Bonham Carter.

Also, speaking of Helena, this promotional Bellatrix Lestrange picture came out! Everytime I think Helena has reached her maximum sexy she goes and gets more sexier. I don't even like Bellatrix Lestrange or the Harry Potter franchise all that much (I really only watch for HBC) but wow, this poster is hot!

But back to Dr Who- I can't express how awesome those two in the same episode would be... they would bounce off each other's endearing oddness... and let's not even try to imagine how they'd both be on set!
Speaking of endearing oddness. I bought my ticket for Season's Greetings with Nicola Walker and was reading an article interviewing her about theatre and she said that she named her son after Harry Pierce? Um, wow. That is kind of a little weird. But kind of also cool. *cough* someone is Mary Sue'ing themselves into their characters part ;) But I love her for it.
I also watched some of Four Weddings and a Funeral last night but I got bored half way through again and stopped watching. NO matter how many times I try I simply cannot love this as much as Curtis' other efforts. Though Nicola Walker as half the frightful duo was hilarious! As was Anna C AKA Miss Bingley as 'duckface.' I completely forgot she was even in it.
But seriously, Nicola singing 'Stand By Your Man,' really off key was so bad, I was wincing. I love how she looks so oblivious to the fact that she basically sucks and is so over enthusiastic and hippishly happy. Ironically, I wrote to my Mum about watching Four Weddings and the first thing she brought up was the terrible singers... apparently she kept rewinding just to check that Nicola really was that bad. A fellow fan did send me the links to a radio play involving singing that she was in so she can't be that bad really- but wow, in this... I can't express the sheer awful that was those two hippies (actually now I think about it, who the heck invites two hippie singers to a wedding?)

She starts singing at 4:25 approx.
The same fan also sent me the YT link to Nicola Walker's five seconds (literally) of fame in the movie Thunderbirds. So random. PANHEAD! If I do meet Nicola after the play I should say 'oh I loved your role in Thunderbirds... best performance of your career!' I'm sure she'd appreciate ;)

Nicola is from 18 seconds in. Blink and you'll miss her.
I didn't even know there was a Thunderbirds movie... it was probably rubbish.
